Keith D. Sloan
Keith Sloan graduated from the Northern Illinois University College of Law, magna cum laude. He was an associate editor for the College of Law’s Law Review. His undergraduate studies were completed at Purdue University, where he earned his B.A. During his career he has been involved in multiple trials involving personal injury, business disputes, and other civil litigation. He also represents clients in a range of other matters, including: foreclosure defense, personal injury, real estate, workers compensation, business litigation, unemployment claims, and estate matters. Samantha Soda McNicholas
Samantha McNicholas graduated from the John Marshall Law School, and the University of Illinois Chicago where she earned her B.S. During her legal career she has practiced in both small and large settings. Her legal career has taken her from practicing in McHenry County, to representing the City of Chicago in its law department, and defense counsel on workers' compensation claims. Over her career she has been involved, and continues to represent clients in unemployment claims, real estate transactions, mechanic’s lien actions, worker's compensations cases, and personal injury matters. She has extensive pre-trial litigation experience. Samantha is admitted to the Illinois Bar and the U.S District Court, N.D. Illinois.
